Rachmi Ilma Zahtira, S.Gz, MSc is a registered nutritionist and early-career researcher with a background in clinical nutrition and experience spanning research, education, and advocacy. She holds an MSc in Human Nutrition with Clinical Specialisation from the University of Glasgow, where she deepened her expertise in evidence-based nutrition interventions. Previously, Rachmi served as a Research Assistant at HNRC IMERI FKUI and as an Education & Advocacy Officer for the INI MASA PENTING Project under AIPGI, she is also actively delivered nutrition education through various public and professional platforms.
Her professional focus combines technical nutrition knowledge with applied research to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Her interests include the gut microbiome, nutrition-related behaviors, and sustainable diets, while remaining open to exploring broader public health and nutrition research topics.
